Loteprednol (als Loteprednoletabonat) ist ein topisches entzündungshemmendes Kortikosteroid. Loteprednoletabonat (LE) hat anstelle einer Ketongruppe einen 17α-Chlormethylester und eine 17β-Etabonatgruppe. LE ist stark lipophil und bindet mit hoher Affinität an den Glukokortikoidrezeptor. Anwendung1.
